Account Registration

To open an account with uuok, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Each person may create only one account. If a person holds more than one account, those accounts will be suspended or cancelled, and any funds held in them may be forfeited where applicable.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. uuok generally processes withdrawals within 1 hour of receiving the request. Bonuses and Promotions

uuok's welcome bonus is 100% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, a specific wagering requirement must be met: the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

• The bonus is available once on your first deposit only
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled
• All bonus offers must be used within a specified time limit
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited
• uuok reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time

A bonus is never a cash gift. The ৳ amount is not a guaranteed value — it indicates the maximum limit and is only withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.

7.1 Slots and Casino Games

The outcome of each round in slot games is determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator). Each spin is independent and previous results do not affect the next round. Upon account closure, the available balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned after verification is complete. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, the return of any balance will be at uuok's discretion.
